I'm Imtiaz, an Architect & passionate 3D Artist.

With a bachelor's degree in Architecture, I have more than 6+ years of working experience. I have worked on Residential & Commercial Projects for private property development, real-estate developer & even urban design projects. After gathering local experience I want to enrich my expertise by working with clients from different countries around the globe. 

This GIG is For Design/RE-Design of any building projects. This is not a drafting job only. I have another gig for drafting works. This is a complete design package that includes:

• Elevations
• Sections
• 3D Floor Plan
• Exterior 3D Views

I am committed to perform each task respecting the deadline. I pay extra attention to client briefings and then analyze for probable solutions for a given problem.

The drawings & 3Ds that I provide are not just some plans & 3ds. It's a reflection of brainstorming and multiple combinations of Planning & Scheming to achieve the best utilization of your valuable space. That's why I have each gig's with such a lengthy time.
