Which ServiceNow versions do you support?
I work across all major releases — Washington DC, Xanadu, Yokohama, Zurich and Australia, plus older versions like Vancouver, Utah, and Tokyo. If you're on something more legacy, message me first and I'll confirm compatibility before you order.
What information do I need to share with you to get started?
A clear description of the bug, any error messages or screenshots, the affected table or script name (if known), and your instance type (PDI, sub-prod, or production). For login-required work, a temporary itil/admin user on a dev or sub-prod instance is ideal.
Do you deliver an update set or just code?
Both. You get a committed update set ready to import into your instance, plus a short explanation of what was changed, why, and how to test it. If you prefer just the raw code snippets (Script Include, BR, etc.), I can deliver that too — just let me know.
Can you fix bugs in scoped applications and custom apps?
Yes — scoped apps are my daily work. I handle cross-scope access errors, ACL issues, Script Include visibility, UI Action conditions, and integration bugs inside scoped apps. If your scoped app has API integrations or MID server dependencies, I'm comfortable with those too.
What if the fix breaks something else or doesn't fully solve the issue?
Every package includes revisions — Basic has 1, Standard has 2, Premium has 3. If my fix introduces a regression, I'll fix it free of charge within the revision window. I also do testing before delivery in a dev/sub-prod instance to minimize this risk.
