I will fix windows server, windows 11 performance issues urgently

I am a Support Engineer with 6+ years of experience in Windows Server administration and VMware virtualization. I provide professional troubleshooting, setup, and optimization services for enterprise IT environments.  

Services I Will Provide:  

- I will manage the overall performance of server and client machines.  

- I will troubleshoot performance issues including blue screens, high CPU utilization, high memory consumption, server hang issues, no boot issues, and slow performance.  

- I will resolve start menu, search, and File Explorer hangs and crashes.  

- I will use advanced tools like Perfmon, Procmon, Windows Performance Recorder, and Windows Performance Analyzer to identify and resolve issues.  

- I will help to install operating systems.

- I will help with patching servers and client machines. 

- I will upgrade operating systems on Windows servers.  

- I will manage Active Directory, create users, groups, and GPOs, and apply security policies.  

Availability:  

- Monday to Friday Full service availability (server and client troubleshooting, AD and gpo management).  

- Saturday (Limited availability for patching).
