On a live NestJS backend, I moved the third-party API calls into a Bull and Redis job queue so a slow provider no longer held up requests, and added a dashboard for job status and failures. I also logged every request and response, so failures could be traced end to end.

Who pays for the API itself?
Any API account or usage fees are yours. I work with your keys, ideally in the provider's test or sandbox mode first.
What happens if the API goes down?
In the Reliable and System packages, calls run as background jobs that retry automatically, and jobs that keep failing are kept for review instead of being lost.
Can you work in my existing codebase?
