Should I contact you before placing an order?
Yes. Please send a brief outline of your app idea, intended users, main features, required platforms, any existing designs or systems, and your preferred launch date. I will review the requirements and recommend a package or prepare a tailored offer.
Can you build for iOS, Android or both?
Yes. I can build for iOS, Android or both. Depending on the agreed scope, I can also manage the design, backend, database, integrations, testing and app store submission.
What is included in the Functional App Prototype?
It includes one core user journey, up to five designed screens, sample data, source code and a working prototype for iOS and Android. It can form the basis of a separate production project, but does not include a live backend, integrations or store submission.
Can you work from my designs or provide the design?
Yes. I can develop from approved Figma or other suitable design files. If you do not have designs, UI and UX design can be included in the Premium package or a tailored offer.
Do you provide backend, database and admin panel development?
Yes, where included in the agreed scope. Standard includes a straightforward backend and database. Premium includes a basic admin panel. Complex permissions, reports, workflows and integrations require a tailored offer.
Will I receive the source code, and will my project remain confidential?
Yes. You will receive the source code included in your order. Production accounts should be in your name. Project information is treated confidentially, and a reasonable NDA can be reviewed if required. Third party software remains subject to its own terms and licences.
Can you submit my app to the Apple App Store and Google Play?
Yes, when included in the package or tailored offer. You must provide active developer accounts, required business details, store listing information and fees. I can prepare and submit the app, but final approval is decided by Apple and Google.
How are the final price and delivery time decided?
Every app is different. They depend on the number of screens, user types, workflows, backend, integrations and admin requirements. After reviewing the project, I will provide a clear scope, milestones, price and delivery time.
What counts as a revision or a change in scope?
A revision is an adjustment to work already included in the agreed scope. New screens, features, user types, workflows or integrations are additional work and will be quoted separately.
How will I track progress, and is support available after launch?
For larger projects, I provide regular updates and test builds at agreed stages. Any support included after launch will be stated in the offer. Ongoing maintenance, new features and third party service changes can be quoted separately.
