GeoTrex is a comprehensive, full-stack HRIS (Human Resource Information System) and attendance management web application designed to automate enterprise HR operations. Built with a robust Node.js/Express backend and a responsive React.js frontend, it ensures high-accuracy attendance tracking and automated payroll processing.

Key features developed:

• Multi-Verification Attendance: Real-time check-ins using GPS Geofencing with strict location validation and Selfie verification.
• Advanced Shift Management: Smart Rotation and Auto-Offset algorithms to ensure zero coverage gaps, plus a drag-and-drop Weekly Planner.
• Dynamic Workflows: Multi-level approval systems (HOD & HRD) for leaves, reimbursements, and overtime.
• Automated Payroll: Gross-to-net salary calculations integrating local tax rules (PPh 21 TER), BPJS, and automatic lateness deductions.
• Security & UI: Built-in brute-force protection, fake GPS detection, and a custom HSL Theme Engine for dynamic white-labeling.
