Do you provide the physical rug or just the digital design?
I provide the high-resolution, production-ready digital files (PSD/JPG) for the design. You will need to take these files to your own manufacturer or print shop to have the physical rug produced.
Can you design within specific color limitations (e.g., maximum 6 colors for weaving)?
Yes. Please specify your manufacturer's color limitations and technical requirements before placing the order. I can index the colors and prepare the file accordingly.
What happens if I want changes to the design?
Each package includes a set number of revisions (e.g., tweaking colors or moving elements). However, requesting a completely new concept after the initial design is presented is not considered a revision and will require a new order.
