Will you log into my computer to set the script up?
For your security and privacy, I do not log into client computers via Zoom or TeamViewer. My scripts are designed to be "plug and play." The included ReadMe guide will walk you through the setup process easily!
What if the script breaks or I get an error?
I rigorously test every script before delivery. However, if your actual data has a weird edge case that causes an error, don't panic! Just copy the error message from your terminal, send it to me, and I will debug it for you based on the revision terms of your package.
How much data should I send you when I order?
Please do not send me your massive, gigabyte-sized databases! To protect your privacy and ensure we get the logic right, I only need a very small sample. For example, if you need an Excel file cleaned, just send me a file with 10 to 20 rows of sample data and your exact rules for cleaning it.
Can you scrape data from websites like Facebook, Amazon, or sites with logins?
No. I specialise in predictable, logic-based data processing (like cleaning CSVs, organising local files, extracting text from PDFs, or using official, public web APIs). I do not build web scrapers that require bypassing captchas or logging into private accounts.
