I have 15 years of experience in IT industry with more than 6 years of experience in project management. Proven ability to develop and implement detailed project plans to monitor and track project processes. Proficient in ensuring on-time deliverables by ensuring effective coordination of resources and workforce. Extensive domain knowledge of healthcare processes. I can create project plans for all kinds of projects. I also took a 5-day PMP training course.

The project plans will include;

·        Duration of each task

·        Resource loaded schedules

·        Predecessors and Successors of tasks

·        The task dependencies

·        Project Costs
