About this Gig
Did AI format your references? Please have a human double-check them.
ChatGPT and similar tools often produce citations that look right but aren't: wrong DOIs, missing authors, sources that don't exist, and in-text citations that never appear in the reference list.
I go through your finished document by hand and fix the formatting and citations, so it's ready to submit or publish.
What you get:
- In-text citations matched to your reference list
- References corrected: order, hanging indent, italics, capitalization, DOI/URL
- Anything I can't verify flagged for you
- Title page, running head, page numbers
- Headings set up properly in Word
- Tables, figures, abstract, table of contents
Send your completed file and any style requirements you've been given. You'll get a clean document plus a short list of what I changed.
Please note: I only format and proofread work you've already written. I don't write, rewrite or complete papers or assignments.

FAQ
Can you fix the citations my AI tool made?
Yes, this is what I do most. I check each source and correct the format. If I can't find a source at all, I flag it so you can replace it with a real one.
Do you write or change my content?
No. I only fix formatting, citations and structure. Your writing and ideas stay exactly as you wrote them.
Which APA edition do you follow?
APA 7th edition. If you've been given specific style requirements, send them and I'll follow them.
What file will I get back?
A Word (docx) file, and a PDF if you ask.
What if my document is longer than the package?
Message me before ordering and I'll make you a fair custom offer.
