What do I need to provide to start the project?
To get started, I'll need a brief description of your chatbot's main goal, your preferred platform (e.g. WhatsApp or web), and the knowledge base materials (PDFs, Word docs, or website URLs) you want the AI to learn from. If backend or CRM integration is needed, we'll arrange API access securely.
What drives the price and delivery time?
Three things: how many channels you need (WhatsApp only, or WhatsApp plus web and Telegram), whether the bot needs RAG over your own documents, and how deep the backend or CRM integration goes. A single-channel RAG bot ships in about 3 days; multi-channel with integrations takes 2-4 weeks.
Is my business data safe with the chatbot?
