How do revisions work? (read this)
Revisions are for adjustments to what we already built (small tweaks, view/filter changes, renaming, minor layout changes). New features, new workflows, additional tables, additional interfaces, or additional automations are not revisions and should be added as extras or a package upgrade.
Can you fix an existing Airtable base, or do you only build from scratch?
Yes. I can optimize an existing base (cleanup structure, rebuild views, fix linked records, and repair automations) or build a clean system from scratch.
Do you include Airtable Interfaces?
Yes. Interfaces are included in every package so the system is usable day-to-day (not just “data in tables”).
What counts as an “automation”?
One Airtable automation workflow (trigger + actions). Multi-step is fine as long as it stays within Airtable’s automation limits.
What counts as a “table” in your packages?
A table is one primary data object (e.g., Deals, Contacts, Companies, Projects). Linked supporting tables count too.
Do you import my data (CSV/Google Sheets) into Airtable?
Light import/cleanup is included in Standard/Premium. Larger imports or messy data cleanup should be added via the Import/Export Data extra.
Can you set up permissions and user roles?
Yes. Airtable permissions setup is available as an extra. Note: Airtable’s role options depend on your plan and workspace settings.
Do you integrate Airtable with Zapier/Make, Gmail, Slack, etc.?
I can design your base to be integration-ready. External integrations (Zapier/Make, APIs, etc.) can be added as a separate scope if needed.
What do you need from me to start?
You’ll need to (1) invite me to the base, (2) share your goal and pipeline stages, and (3) answer the buyer requirements. Delivery time starts once access + requirements are provided.
What if my project is bigger than the package limits?
No problem. I’ll flag it quickly and recommend the best upgrade path or the right extras so scope stays clear and delivery stays on time.
