I will write an email newsletter for your small business
About this Gig
Need a newsletter for your list but no time to write it? Send me your news, offer or topic and I will write a clear, friendly newsletter in your brand's voice.
WHAT YOU GET
- An original newsletter built around your update, offer or tips
- Subject line options and preview (preheader) text
- Short, scannable sections with one clear call to action
- Plain-text copy ready to paste into Mailchimp, Brevo, Klaviyo, Substack or any email platform
WHAT I DON'T DO
I write the copy only. I don't design templates, send emails or handle your mailing list. I only include the facts, offers and dates you give me, and I can't promise open or click rates.
HOW I WORK
Your newsletter is drafted with AI assistance, then I edit and check it against your brief before delivery. If you want no AI used, tell me before ordering.
Need two issues? The Premium package covers a short two-part series.

FAQ
Will you send the newsletter for me?
No. I write the copy and you send it from your own email platform, so your list and account stay under your control.
Do you use AI?
Yes. Your newsletter is drafted with AI assistance, then I edit and check it against your brief before delivery. If you want no AI used, tell me before ordering.
Can you promise higher open rates?
No. Open and click rates depend on your list, timing and sender reputation. I give you subject line options and focused copy.
What if I don't know what to write about?
Tell me about your business and audience in the requirements and I will suggest a few topics before I start.
