This depends on your preference. I have had sessions where my clients and I prioritize goals and brainstorm how to accomplish them, others where we chat about life while they wait for an event to start (an event they were not a fan of attending), and I have also had focus sessions. Your call!

I'm available from 8:00 a.m. EST to 7:00 p.m. EST.

We'll adjust the check-in frequency to fit your goals and schedule, moving from daily messages to weekly video calls (contact me for a custom offer). A typical weekly check-in reviews past progress, clarifies next week's focus, and addresses challenges. I highly recommend a weekly session.

I help you commit to goals and take action. A coach builds skills; a therapist focuses on mental well-being. My role is supportive, helping you define steps and track progress. We all help you thrive, just in different ways!

If you miss a session, I will coordinate with you to reschedule it. However, if you are a no-show or miss more than one session (especially two in a row), I will consider that session as completed. I know it sounds harsh, but the idea is that you make a commitment and follow through. You can do it!

In the rare case I miss a session (for being sick or something else), I offer these options: rescheduling the session and having one extra 30-minute session as compensation for the mistake. A partial refund may be issued for orders over $50 (Fiverr doesn't allow partial refunds otherwise).

Good question. Tips are just an optional way to show you are satisfied with the work. They are not mandatory, but will always be appreciated!

I will reach out a couple of times and extend the order for an additional 30 days. If I don’t hear back from you, I will probably have to mark the order as done. Don’t let this happen!
