About the project process:
Once you have sent me all the necessary documents and we have discussed your project, I will send you two preliminary floor plan designs so we can discuss the next steps for your project. Once we have found the best solution, I will finalize the 2D-Design at a scale of 1:100 so you can use the plans for further work.
Because every construction project is unique, the turnaround time and scope of the project can vary significantly.
Therefore, I would ask you to contact me in advance so that I can provide you with a customized quote.
Please note that the quoted price is calculated per 10,0 square meter of floor space, but this may vary depending on the scope and size of the project.

In which file format should I provide the inventory plans?
It is best if you send me the files in a CAD format (e.g., DWG, DXF, PNG). You can also send me the plans as a PDF, but please make sure that it is a vector file without pixels. It is also important that the plans are to scale.
What should I do if I only have the inventory plans in paper form or as photos, rather than digitally?
In this case, I would be happy to help you digitize your inventory plans so that they are ideally prepared for further work. Please feel free to take a look at my other services.
How can I be sure that the final design will suit my taste?
Before I start work, we will discuss your wishes and ideas together and how they can be realized. I will then create two preliminary designs to find out which style suits you best. It can then be further optimized. Finally, I will create the final plan(s) that will help you realize your project.
In which file formats will I receive the finished plans?
You will receive all plans in PDF and DWG formats. If you need additional formats, I can provide them too. Just let me know.
Is it possible to get the floor plans faster?
How quickly the design can be completed depends largely on your individual wishes, the scope, and the complexity of the project. The more precisely the floor plan is to reflect your personal taste, the more consultation may be required.
What level of detail will the finished plans have?
The plans will be sent as 2D draft plans (e.g. floor plans) in scale 1:100, on the basis of which approval plans can be drawn up later if necessary.
