I start by understanding how your business talks to customers, then write the bots instructions and conversation rules around that. Before delivery I test it with realistic questions, including awkward and off-topic ones.
Good to know
Meta charges for some WhatsApp conversations, and AI providers charge per use. These costs are billed to you directly, and Ill give you an estimate based on your expected volume.

Which WhatsApp API do you use?
The official WhatsApp Business Cloud API from Meta. I don’t use unofficial tools that scan QR codes, because they risk getting your number banned.
Will the bot make things up?
I restrict it to your supplied information and give it clear rules for what to do when it doesn’t know. It will say so and hand off to you instead of guessing. No AI is perfect, which is why I test it with difficult questions before delivery.
Who pays for WhatsApp and AI costs?
You do, directly to Meta and the AI provider. For most small businesses this is a modest monthly amount, and I’ll estimate it for your volume.
Where does the bot run?
On n8n, hosted on your own server or n8n Cloud account. I can set it up, but the account stays in your name so you own everything.
How long does Meta approval take?
Business verification can take anywhere from a day to a couple of weeks, depending on Meta. I can build and test the workflow while you wait, but I can’t speed up their process.
Can I edit the bot myself afterwards?
Yes. I deliver written notes on how the workflow is structured and how to update answers. I can also offer monthly maintenance if you’d rather not touch it.
