I will create eazybi reports and jira dashboards with custom kpis

About this gig
Need clearer Jira dashboards, reliable KPIs or help fixing an eazyBI report?
I build eazyBI reports and dashboards to help teams track backlogs, delivery, SLAs and effort. My Atlassian consulting experience spans automotive, energy infrastructure and network technology.
What I can help with:
- Custom Jira and JSM reports
- Created vs. resolved, backlog and ticket age
- Lead time, cycle time, sprint and release reporting
- SLA performance, workload and time tracking
- Cross-project reporting and custom fields
- Agreed custom KPIs and MDX calculations
- Fixing or improving existing eazyBI reports
I clarify your KPI definitions, build the agreed reports and check sample results against Jira. You receive editable reports in your eazyBI account, relevant filters and a short explanation of the calculations.
Start with one simple report or choose a dashboard package. Packages use existing imported Jira data; licenses, new data connections and data cleanup are not included.
Send me your reporting goal or an anonymized example. For complex MDX or import changes, please contact me before ordering.

FAQ
1. Which package should I choose?
Choose Basic for one simple report using existing measures, Standard for a dashboard with several reports, and Premium for agreed custom KPIs. Unsure? Send me your reporting goal and I will help you choose the right scope before ordering.
2. Do I need an eazyBI license?
Yes. These packages are for eazyBI, not native Jira gadgets. You need an active eazyBI license or trial and an account with the required Jira data imported. Licenses and initial data-source setup are not included. Message me if setup is needed.
3. What counts as one report or dashboard?
A report is one saved chart or table built around an agreed business question. A dashboard combines several reports on one page. The report count and complexity follow your selected package; a dashboard does not mean unlimited reports or calculations.
4. Can you create custom KPIs and MDX calculations?
Yes. Custom KPIs and MDX are included only within your Premium allowance or an agreed extra. We define each calculation before work starts. Complex hierarchies, new import logic or additional measures require a separate scope.
5. Can you fix or improve existing eazyBI reports?
Yes. I can investigate wrong totals, missing data, filters or MDX errors and improve existing reports. Share an anonymized screenshot, the expected result and any error message first so I can assess the cause and quote the right scope.
6. What information and access do you need?
Share your reporting goal, projects, timeframe and Jira environment. Invite me using a separate account with the minimum permissions needed. I will confirm access requirements for the task. Never send passwords or API tokens.
7. How do you check report accuracy?
I agree KPI definitions with you and check selected results against Jira issues, filters and date ranges. I highlight missing data and assumptions. Validation covers the agreed reports and available data; it is not a full audit or cleanup of your Jira instance.
8. Can I edit the reports after delivery?
Yes. Reports are saved in your eazyBI account, and you can edit them with the appropriate permissions. I include a short explanation of filters and calculations. Live training or a longer walkthrough is included only when agreed in your package or order.
9. What is included in a revision?
A revision adjusts the agreed reports, such as layout, labels, filters or agreed KPI logic. It does not add new reports, data sources or new business questions. Changes outside the original scope can be quoted separately.
10. Will my reports update automatically?
Reports use the latest successfully imported data. If scheduled imports are enabled, Jira changes become available after each import. This is not real-time reporting; update frequency depends on your configuration. New import setup is agreed separately.
