What file formats do I receive?
Editable AutoCAD DWG plus a high-resolution PDF for every package; Premium also includes a basic SketchUp massing model.
Do you include civil site layout (setbacks, boundary, driveway, etc.)?
Yes, included from the Standard package upward. Basic covers the floor plan only.
Can you design a floor plan from scratch, or only redraw existing ones?
Both — send me your requirements (plot size, rooms needed, budget-level finishes) and I'll design from scratch, or I can redraw/refine a plan you already have.
Do you follow local building codes?
I can work to general international drafting conventions and apply setback/code notes you provide. For binding regulatory approval, I recommend having a locally licensed engineer review before submission.
