Do I need any technical knowledge?
No, I'll walk you through creating the phone number and AI-platform account (or use ones you already have), and I configure everything.
What happens after delivery, do I pay you monthly?
No. This gig is a one-time build. You own the number and the AI account; there's no ongoing fee to me unless you order future changes. You will, however, keep paying your own phone number and per-minute usage costs directly to the platform provider.
What appointment booking tools do you support?
Calendly and Cal.com, included in the Business and Advanced packages. Others can be integrated but are subject to review and custom quote.
What counts as the "1 advanced integration" in the Advanced package?
A connection to HubSpot, Salesforce, GHL, Zoho, or Zendesk. Need a different platform or something more custom? Message me first, it's likely a quick custom quote rather than the standard package price.
Can it handle bilingual English/Spanish calls?
Yes, add the "Bilingual agent" extra at checkout (+$100, +1 day) with any package.
What if I already have a business phone number?
Let me know in the requirements. I can usually configure the agent to work with call forwarding from your existing number.
What if my business has a lot of content (multiple locations, long price lists, etc.)?
No problem and no extra platform cost. Since the agent runs on your own account, you get several knowledge bases included free.
How long does setup take?
Generally 5–10 days depending on the package, mostly to gather your business info and test real call scenarios. Times might extend depending on custom requests.
