No. $20 covers my Basic assistance. State, processing and registered-agent charges are separate, paid directly by you. Fiverr adds checkout charges. I explain external costs before you order.
Which business does this gig cover?
One new, straightforward single-member LLC. If there are multiple owners, existing companies, amendments and complex or regulated activities then we need to do a separate scope checking.
What happens during the call?
I explain each step while you control your computer, I will guide you on all the steps of the company registration and we'll actually do the process of registering the company, live during the call.
