Will I outgrow the free tier quickly?
Built for sellers with up to 20 SKUs logging weekly sales. At that volume you have comfortable room for 2 to 3 years before approaching Airtable's free tier limits. If your catalogue is larger, message me before ordering and I'll give you an honest assessment.
I'm not technical. Is this hard to use?
No. The system is designed so any seller can update it in under five minutes a week. Current stock goes up when a delivery arrives, units sold gets logged weekly, and the reorder alert view tells you what needs attention. That's the whole routine.
What's the difference between Basic and Standard?
Basic tells you what to reorder. Standard tells you what to reorder, accounts for demand spikes, and gives you a ready-made list to send straight to your supplier. If you have regular suppliers you communicate with, Standard is worth the extra.
Can I add new products after delivery?
Yes. Adding a new product takes under two minutes — you just add a row, fill in the fields, and the formulas and views update automatically.
What if I have multiple suppliers?
Standard and Premium include a full supplier table. Each product is linked to its supplier so the reorder summary shows which supplier to contact for each item.
Do you migrate my existing spreadsheet data?
Yes for clean data. If your current spreadsheet is reasonably organised I'll migrate your product list, stock levels, and reorder quantities as part of the build. Very messy data may need a quick discussion before ordering.
What if I need changes after delivery?
All tiers include one round of revisions within 7 days of delivery.
