Yes. I build for operators, not tech people. The system is laid out the way an event runs — not the way a software tool is organised. If you can use a spreadsheet you can use this.
Can I use this for multiple event types — corporate, social, weddings?
Yes. The system is built around operational layers that apply to any event. The mandate section is where you document what makes your specific event unique.
Does the budget tracker work in real time during the event?
Yes. The expense logger has a form view you can open on your phone and log costs as they happen. The budget tracker updates automatically.
What if I need to add team members?
Notion's free tier allows up to 10 guests on a workspace. For most small event teams this is sufficient. If you need more, Notion's paid plan starts at $10/month.
I already have some of my event data in spreadsheets. Can you migrate it?
Yes for clean data. Let me know upfront and I'll factor it in. If it's very messy we'll discuss before you order.
What's included in the Premium delivery walkthrough?
A recorded or live screen-share walkthrough where I show you and your team exactly how to use every section, how to set up a new event, and how to customise it as you grow.
Can I reuse this system for future events?
es — especially on Premium, which is specifically built for ongoing multi-event operations. On Basic and Standard, the system is built for one event but the structure can be duplicated manually for future events.
What do you need from me to start building?
Your event details, budget categories, guest fields, vendor list format, and run of show stages. I'll ask for all of this via the requirements form after you order.
What if something isn't working the way I expected after delivery?
All tiers include one round of revisions. Just flag what isn't working within 7 days of delivery and I'll fix it.
