I take the processes that live in your head the ones you've never written down because you've always just done them yourself and turn them into clear, step by step SOPs that anyone can follow. A VA, a new hire, or a tool can pick it up and run without asking you what comes next.

This comes from real experience. I spent time inside a growing startup watching founders become bottlenecks in their own businesses because nothing was documented. I learned to extract the logic from how things actually work and write it down in a way that transfers.

What you get depending on package: a clean linear SOP for simple repeatable tasks, decision trees for processes with edge cases and exceptions, or a full logic map for an entire department plus a report on what can be automated and what can't.
