About this gig
We convert registered point cloud scans into accurate, structured BIM models in Autodesk Revit ready for design coordination, renovation planning, or facility management. We can work on all kind of structure e.g Bridges, Buildings, Railway etc. for any kind of industry.
What's included:
- Architectural elements: walls, floors, ceilings, roofs, openings
- Structural elements where visible in the scan
- MEP elements (visible ductwork, piping, equipment) on request
- Modeled to your required LOD (200350)
- Linked, georeferenced point cloud for coordination
Accepted point cloud formats: E57, LAS/LAZ, RCP, PTS, and others. If your scan isn't registered yet, I can also handle registration/georeferencing first (see my other gig) or as an add-on.
Background: Our team runs a professional surveying and BIM practice, so scan-to-BIM is daily production work, not a one-off skill.
Pricing note: Every scan and project is different scope, LOD (100500), and building complexity all affect price and timeline. Packages above are starting points. Please message us with your point cloud file, approximate size, and target LOD before ordering so we can recommend the right package.

What is LOD and which one do I need?
LOD (Level of Development) describes model detail/accuracy — LOD 100 is basic massing, LOD 300 is construction-accurate, LOD 500 adds full coordination detail. Most renovation projects use LOD 300.
Do you work only on the point cloud that are already registered?
No, if the pointclouds are not registered yet, we can handle that first as part of the order or a small add-on.
What Revit version do you use?
We work in current and recent Revit versions and can match yours on request.
Can you include MEP systems?
Yes, if visible in the scan data, please specify this when ordering.
Can you deliver Navisworks or IFC files too?
Yes, available as an add-on.
My project needs LOD 500 / doesn't fit the packages — what do I do?
Message us first with your point cloud details and target LOD. We will send you a Custom Offer through Fiverr with accurate pricing and delivery — this covers anything beyond the standard packages, including LOD 400–500 or unusually large/complex scans.
