If you look at any downloaded music files, you can sometimes see that they have embedded data in them. Artist, Song Title, Album Title, etc... With this extra, I can embed that same data, or data of your choice within the file itself.

Yes, I can do several accents. However, they are not specific accents. They are all in English language, accented generically to what I have heard. For example, I can do a generic Russian accent, a generic Scottish accent, or a generic British accent.
