I've my graduation done in Information Technology. I am a Microsoft Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate - Office 365, Microsoft 365 Security Administrator Associate, Certified Azure Fundamentals, Azure Administrator Associate, Security Operations Analyst and Azure Security Engineer Associate. Plus along with MS certifications, I also hold a couple of certifications from Ribbon.

I have a vast 7+ years of experience helping customers with deployment, migration, maintenance and management of Microsoft technologies.

A summary of the workings that'd fall under this Gig would be:

1. Fetching the requirements for the task to perform.
2. The access may be provided to the Office 365 tenant or it may be done as a collaborative remote support session as per the requirement of client.
3. Would be working on MS Teams environments whether to setup their Teams from scratch or to maintain it as on going basis or to troubleshoot an issue i.e. Requiring a Direct Routing Setup, Setting up Extension Dialing for internal users etc.
