Can you enhance the voice to hear words that are missing from the recording?
Unfortunately, if the recording did not clearly pick up words in the first place, there will not be enough audio to enhance, even if the background noise can be removed. Audio Enhancement works best on voices recorded clearly through small devices like a laptop or smartphone.
What type of audio files do you need?
The best file type would be WAV. A high quality MP3 can work as well. For best results, the audio should have as little file compression as possible.
