I need the period to be completed, bank and credit card statements, relevant invoices and receipts, your project list, and appropriate QuickBooks access. Please keep passwords and security codes private.
How do you handle job costing?
I assign supported income and costs to the relevant projects using your job references and agreed categories. If a cost is unclear or shared between jobs, I ask you to confirm its allocation.
Can you clean up previous months?
Please contact me first. I will assess the number of months, transaction volume, and reconciliation issues before providing a separate quote.
Are payroll, tax filing, WIP reports, or AIA billing included?
No. These packages cover the bookkeeping and reports listed. Please identify any additional needs before ordering so we can establish whether I can assist.
What does a revision cover?
A revision covers adjustments within the original period and agreed scope. Additional months, accounts, projects, or substantial new records require a separate agreement.
