If you have a trial balance and need proper financial statements from it, I can put them together for you in Excel.
I'm a CA finalist working in external audit, so financial statements are what I look at all day. I set them out in the standard IFRS layout and link every number back to your trial balance, so you or your accountant can see where each figure came from.
Depending on the package, you'll get:
- statement of profit or loss
- statement of financial position (balance sheet)
- cash flow statement and statement of changes in equity
- basic notes and a few key ratios
Please send your trial balance in Excel or CSV, plus last year's statements if you have them.
Just to be clear, this is preparation only. It isn't an audit or a review, and I don't sign or certify the statements.

Will you audit or sign the financial statements?
No. I prepare the statements from your trial balance, but I don't audit, review, sign or certify them. If you need an audit, you'll need a registered audit firm.
What if my trial balance doesn't balance?
I'll tell you before I start. Usually I can point out where the difference is, and we can fix it together before I prepare the statements.
