Is this bot powered by ChatGPT or AI?
No. This is a "Rule-Based" bot. It works using pre-set menus and buttons (e.g., "Press 1 for Sales"). It is 100% accurate and never "hallucinates" wrong answers. If you need an AI/ChatGPT version, please message me for a Custom Offer.
Do I need to pay monthly fees?
To me? No. One-time fee. To providers? Yes: ManyChat Pro (~$15/mo). WhatsApp Credits (Usage-based; 1st 1k/mo usually free). Server: ~$6/mo (Only for Standard/Premium to run n8n logic).
Can I use my current personal WhatsApp number?
Yes, BUT... to connect a number to the ManyChat API, it must be deleted from the standard WhatsApp App first. You cannot use the same number on the personal App and the Bot simultaneously. My Recommendation: Buy a new, dedicated SIM/Number for the bot to keep your personal chats separate.
Will the bot work on the WhatsApp App on my phone?
No. Once connected to ManyChat, that number will stop working on the standard WhatsApp/Business App. The Solution: You will download the ManyChat Mobile App (iOS/Android). It lets you reply to customers manually and monitor the bot from your phone perfectly!
Do you provide the server/hosting?
No. You must purchase the server (VPS) yourself For Basic: No hosting needed! It runs entirely on ManyChat's cloud. For Standard/Premium: Yes, you need a place to host the n8n logic. I recommend a $6/mo VPS (DigitalOcean) which I will set up for you. You own the account and the code 100%.
What is "n8n and Manychat" and why do you use it?
Think of ManyChat as the "Face" (chatting with users) and n8n as the "Brain." I use n8n to connect your bot to the outside world—sending orders to Google Sheets, syncing leads to your CRM, or fetching data from an external API. It allows for complex logic that ManyChat cannot do alone.
What happens if I don't have a Meta Business Manager?
You cannot use the Official API without one. If you don't have one, please order a consultation or message me first. I can guide you through the verification process, but I cannot control how long Meta takes to verify your business.
Can this bot ban my number?
Extremely Unlikely. Unlike "grey-hat" tools, ManyChat is an Official Meta Business Partner. It is built to comply with Meta's strict 24-hour policies automatically. As long as you don't use the bot to spam people who haven't contacted you first, your number is safe.
