What file format should I send you?
The ideal format is Microsoft Word (.docx) or a Google Docs export. I can also work from a PDF, though PDF-sourced manuscripts may require additional cleanup time depending on how complex the original layout is. When in doubt, message me before ordering.
What trim sizes do you format for?
I format for all standard Amazon KDP trim sizes — the most common being 6×9 inches. I also work with 5×8, 5.5×8.5, 8×10, and 8.5×11 for workbooks or large-format books. Just let me know your preferred size when you place your order.
Will my files pass Amazon KDP's upload requirements?
Yes — guaranteed. Every file I deliver is reviewed against Amazon KDP's current technical specifications before it reaches you. Your paperback PDF and EPUB/KPF will be upload-ready without errors, warnings, or rejected pages.
Do you format both paperback AND Kindle ebook in one order?

How many revisions do I get?
You get 2 rounds of revisions included. A revision covers changes to formatting, layout, spacing, or structure. Content changes — such as adding new chapters, rewriting sections, or making editorial changes — fall outside the scope of formatting and are not included.
Can you format for IngramSpark as well as KDP?
Yes. If you need your files formatted for IngramSpark in addition to Amazon KDP, message me before ordering. IngramSpark has stricter file specifications — including PDF/X-1a compliance — and I'll adjust the delivery accordingly.
How do I know the Kindle ebook will look good on all devices?
Before delivery, I test every EPUB/KPF file using Amazon's official Kindle Previewer tool across multiple screen sizes — including Kindle Paperwhite, Fire tablet, and mobile phone view — to ensure your ebook reads consistently and professionally on every device.
