I will self host n8n and dify on your vps with docker, SSL and daily backups
AI Automation Engineer, n8n and RAG chatbots, full stack developer
About this Gig
n8n Cloud and Zapier fees grow with your usage. Self-hosting costs a 5 to 10 dollar VPS, if it is set up right. I run n8n and Dify in production behind Cloudflare, including the streaming, reverse-proxy and ARM64 details most guides skip, so yours is stable from day one.
You get:
Docker-based install on your VPS (Hetzner, DigitalOcean, Vultr, any Ubuntu server)
HTTPS domain, secured admin access, firewall and correct port binding
Automated daily backups and a tested restore procedure
Update script and a written runbook you can follow without me
Premium: migration of your existing Zapier, Make or n8n Cloud workflows, plus monitoring and alerts
Requirements: root or SSH access to a VPS (I can help you create one) and a domain.
Message me first with your current setup. I will confirm the package within a few hours.

FAQ
Which VPS providers do you support?
Any Ubuntu 22.04 or newer server with root or sudo SSH access: Hetzner, DigitalOcean, Vultr, Linode, Contabo, AWS Lightsail, Oracle Cloud and others. For n8n alone 2 GB RAM is enough; n8n plus Dify needs 4 GB or more. I can recommend a plan if you have none yet.
Can you use my existing domain and Cloudflare account?
Yes. You keep control of DNS; I only need you to add a record or two, and I tell you exactly what to enter. I run my own stack behind Cloudflare, so proxied mode, origin certificates and the settings that break n8n webhooks or Dify streaming are handled.
Will you have access to my data or server afterwards?
Only during setup, through an SSH key you create for me. After handover you remove that key (the runbook shows how) and rotate any admin password. Everything runs on your server; I keep no copies of your data.
Do you provide the VPS, and what does it cost to run?
No, you own the VPS and the account, so there is no lock-in. A suitable server is typically 5 to 12 dollars per month depending on provider and RAM. I can guide you through creating it before the order starts.
