I will build gohighlevel API integrations and complex ghl workflows and dashboards
About this Gig
Most GHL freelancers can drag-and-drop a workflow. I build the GHL work others turn down: custom API integrations, webhook middleware, and workflows with logic too complex for a snapshot.
I build:
- Custom webhooks and middleware: two-way sync, data transformation, retries, and error handling (Node.js or serverless), hosted on infrastructure you own.
- Complex multi-trigger workflows: conditional branching, custom values, routing, calendar logic, and pipeline automation.
- Dashboards and client portals: GHL API + Next.js + Supabase for branded logins and reporting your clients actually use.
What you get:
- Discovery call to scope the outcome
- Architecture plan before code
- Clean, documented build
- Loom walkthrough on delivery
- 14-day post-delivery support
Send the scope and I will confirm fit, timeline, and what this will not solve.

FAQ
What exactly is "GHL API development"?
GoHighLevel exposes a REST API and webhook system that lets developers extend the platform far beyond what the UI allows. I write the code that connects GHL to other systems, automates work that workflows can't handle, and builds custom interfaces on top of GHL data.
Do I need to give you my GHL login?
No. I work through agency-level API keys or a dedicated sub-user account with scoped permissions. Your password stays with you.
Can you connect GHL to [my specific platform]?
If the platform has a public API or webhook, yes. Common ones I've worked with: Zoho (CRM, Books, Creator), Supabase, Notion, Stripe, Calendly, Airtable, custom Next.js apps. Send me the platform name and I'll confirm before you order.
What's the difference between this and buying a snapshot?
Snapshots are pre-built templates. They work for generic use cases but break the moment your business needs something specific. I build custom systems for the work snapshots can't do.
Do you fix existing setups other freelancers built?
Yes. Start with the Basic package. I'll audit what's there, tell you what's salvageable, and quote the fix.
Will the integration keep working after delivery?
Every build includes 14 days of post-delivery support (30 days on Premium). After that, hosting and platform changes are your responsibility, but I document everything so any developer can maintain it.
What if my project doesn't fit any of the packages?
Order the Basic package. After the call, I'll send a custom quote that matches the actual scope. Most of my work is custom-quoted, not package-priced.
How do I host the middleware or dashboard?
Your choice. I deploy to Vercel, Railway, or your own infrastructure. You own the code and the hosting account, not me.
Do you write documentation?
Yes. Every build comes with a technical README and a Loom walkthrough. The Documentation Pack extra adds a separate user-facing guide for non-technical team members.
What's required from me to start?
GHL account access (or agency invite), API credentials for any external platform we're connecting, and a clear description of the outcome you want. I'll walk you through everything else on the discovery call.
