Do you only work with UK customers?
Yes. I can only provide support to UK-based customers due to my business insurance and compliance requirements.
Can you help if my PC won’t turn on at all?
No. I can only assist with devices that can boot into Windows 10 or 11 and have an active internet connection.
What do I need to prepare before the session?
Ensure your device is switched on, connected to the internet, and you have administrator access (passwords, if required).
Is remote support secure?
Yes. I use trusted, industry-standard remote support tools and only access your system during the agreed session.
What if the issue cannot be fixed remotely?
I will inform you straight away. If your issue requires in-person support, I can provide advice on next steps, but I do not travel or offer on-site services via Fiverr.
What does the minimum charge cover?
The minimum fee (30min worth or equivalent) covers my time, expertise, and the setup required for a remote support session, even if the issue is resolved quickly.
What if you cannot fix the issue?
All IT support is provided on a best-effort basis. If it becomes clear early on that the issue is outside the scope of what I can reasonably assist with, I will advise you as soon as possible. Where work is complex or time-consuming, time spent will still be chargeable.
