If you have eDraving file formats (this is .eprt or .easm file formats), you can only view them, but you cannot edit them or make manufacture drawings. 

I can help you convert these files to CAD format (Solid Works).

But there is one condition, the measurement must be allowed in the eDrawing file.

I measure all parts in eDrawing and re-create the model, so this process can take a long time, but you will receive a fully functional CAD model and manufacture drawings (if needed).
