What information do you need to get started?
Just your use case, target audience, and any existing systems you want the bot to integrate with (CRM, WhatsApp, website, etc.). I’ll handle the rest and come back with a detailed plan before building anything.
Can the chatbot integrate with my existing website/CRM/tools?
Yes. I regularly integrate with Stripe, PayPal, Salesforce, Calendly, Zoom, Google Sheets, WhatsApp Business API and custom APIs. If you have a specific tool, just ask.
Will I be able to update the bot’s responses myself after delivery?
Absolutely. I build an admin panel where you can update conversation flows, FAQs, and responses without any coding. I can also provide documentation and a walkthrough video.
Do you provide post-delivery support?
Yes, depending on the package, 2 to 14 days of free bug-fix support after delivery is provided. For ongoing maintenance, I offer affordable monthly support plans.

How long does WhatsApp Business API approval take?
Meta business verification usually takes 1–5 business days. I submit it on day 1 and build your bot and templates in parallel, so we can go live as soon as Meta approves.
Can I keep my existing WhatsApp number?
Yes. Your number can move to the WhatsApp Business API. With coexistence, you can also keep using the WhatsApp Business app while the API runs campaigns. I’ll recommend the best setup for you.
