What file formats do you accept?
Excel (.xlsx, .xls), CSV I deliver back in the same format you send, unless you ask for something different.
Will you delete data you're not sure about?
No. Anything ambiguous — possible duplicate customers, unclear negative values, missing fields — gets flagged on a separate tab or called out in my summary. You make the final call.
Do you work with sensitive or financial data?
Yes, and I treat it accordingly — I don't share, reuse, or retain your files beyond the job.
Can you handle recurring weekly/monthly files?
Yes — this is actually where I add the most value. After the first clean, I can build you a script that runs the same cleanup automatically on future exports, cutting turnaround from days to minutes.
