Architectural renders should do more than look good — they should sell the project and win approvals. I'm Awais Khalid, architect and founder of ONYX RENDERS LLC, a 3D visualization studio. I lead a specialized team across 3D modeling, rendering, animation, and AR/VR tours — founder-level oversight with full-studio speed. We've delivered residential, commercial, and development projects for architects and developers across the US, UK, Canada, Australia, and the UAE. Message me before ordering and I'll map out your project.

FAQ
What do you need from me to start the project?
Please share your 2D drawings (AutoCAD DWG, PDF, or hand sketches), along with dimensions, references, or photos. If you have a preferred style or SketchUp layout, include that too. The clearer your input, the faster I can deliver accurate results.
What will I receive at the end of the project?
You’ll receive a fully editable SketchUp (.SKP) file — clean, layered, and organized with proper groups and components. The model will be ready for rendering in D5 Render, V-Ray, Enscape, or Lumion if needed.
Do you create both interior and exterior SketchUp models?
Yes! I specialize in both interior and architectural exterior modeling, including residential, commercial, and office spaces. Each model is detailed, realistic, and presentation-ready.
Can you prepare models for rendering or visualization?
Absolutely. All models can be built render-ready for D5 Render, V-Ray, or Lumion. I can also apply materials, textures, and lighting setups as per your package or request.
How do you ensure accuracy in your models?
As a licensed architect with 8+ years of experience, I model directly from architectural drawings and verify dimensions carefully. Every project follows an organized layer structure and architectural logic to ensure precision.
What if my project is larger or more complex than the listed packages?
No problem — I handle large-scale and ongoing architectural projects regularly. Just send your drawings, and I’ll create a custom offer tailored to your project’s scope and timeline.
Can you help improve or clean up an existing SketchUp model?
Yes, I can optimize or rebuild your existing model to improve geometry, fix layers, and make it ready for professional rendering. This is a common request for architects and developers.
What makes ONYX RENDERS different from other SketchUp modelers?
Onyx Renders is an architect-led visualization studio (US LLC) — not just a freelancer profile. Every model we create follows real architectural standards, clear organization, and professional communication from start to finish.

Ar Awais Khalid worked with me on a complicated site model. He was accommodating with a second full version of the model after the first version was off due to my lack of clarity on the site plan. He also took plenty of time to review the project with me on Zoom instead of just messaging back and forth.
