Do you use the official WhatsApp Business API?
Yes. I use Meta WhatsApp Cloud API only. No unofficial WhatsApp web scrapers. That keeps your number safer and lets the bot scale. You need a Meta Business account and a WhatsApp Business number I can connect.
Do I need a Meta Business account first?
Yes for Cloud API. If you do not have one yet, I will send a short setup checklist and walk you through it. ManyChat can be used if you already pay for it and want that stack instead.
Can the bot answer from my website or pdf?
Yes on standard and premium. I load your FAQs, website pages, or PDFs so the WhatsApp AI chatbot answers from your content. Basic is scripted FAQ replies, not full document RAG.
Will this get my WhatsApp number banned?
Unofficial bots are the ban risk. I do not use those. Official Cloud API still has Meta rules: no spam, no bulk cold outreach from a user number. This gig is for inbound customer chat not blasting strangers.
Can it book appointments or take orders?
Yes on Standard and Premium. I can connect Google Calendar, a booking form, or a simple order flow (catalog, size, address) and send the lead to Sheets or your CRM. Scope is confirmed before work starts.
Do you also set up n8n or ManyChat?
Yes. Premium includes an n8n workflow. Standard can add n8n or ManyChat as an extra. Tell me which tools you already use so we do not duplicate them.
What is not include in the packages?
Meta verification fees, your API usage costs, WhatsApp conversation charges from Meta, bulk marketing broadcasts, and custom mobile apps. Those can be quoted separately if needed.
