1. Which software version of Ansys HFSS do you use?
I currently use Ansys Electronics Desktop 2024 R2. If you have an older version, please let me know so I can ensure compatibility or provide a generic format like .step or .dxf for the geometry.
2. Can you design for specific PCB substrates like Rogers or Taconic?
Yes. I can optimize the design for any material, including standard FR-4, Rogers (4350B, 5880, etc.), or Taconic. Please provide the substrate name and thickness (e.g., 0.8mm or 1.6mm) before we start.
3. Will the antenna be "ready to manufacture" when I receive it?
Absolutely. If you choose the Premium package, you will receive Gerber files (RS-274X). These are the industry standard and can be sent directly to manufacturers like JLCPCB, PCBWay, or Rogers for fabrication.
4. Do you provide a performance guarantee?
I guarantee that the simulation results (S11, Gain, Efficiency) will meet the agreed-upon specifications in the HFSS environment. Note: Real-world performance can vary slightly based on soldering and fabrication tolerances.
5. Can you design for 5G, mmWave, or UWB frequencies?
Yes, I have extensive experience designing for high-frequency applications, including sub-6 GHz 5G, 28GHz mmWave, and Ultra-Wideband (UWB). I ensure that mesh settings in HFSS are optimized for these high frequencies.
6. Do you offer revisions if the simulation doesn't meet my goals?
Yes, each package includes revisions. I will tune the dimensions and parameters until the simulation targets (like resonant frequency or bandwidth) are achieved.
