What infromation I need to get started?
I'll need your WordPress admin login, Cpanel login. If you ordered the standard or elite package then I'll need access to the search console.
What is included in wordpress error fixing?
WordPress code-related errors, CSS errors, and Javascript errors. It doesn't include creating new features, plugins, new templates, designing layouts, popups, etc..
What is Included in content editing?
Adding new pages, changing images, Posts, small SEO-related tasks, etc (up to 1 - 5 hr/month) based on the package you ordered. Note: I do not create or write any content, you will need to provide me with all the content that needs to be added along with placement instructions.
I have multiple websites will you manage all?
This gig is for 1 domain only. If you want me to manage multiple websites or a multi-site environment, please contact me first.
Is malware cleanup or fixing a hacked site included?
It's unlikely that your website get hacked while I'm maintaining it. In such case, I'll clean up any malware free of charge for you. If your website is infected with malware before I start maintaining it then I can send you an offer for this job separately and will remove all malware, backdoor, etc.
I have some custom requirements do you have any custom plan?
