FAQ
Do I need to pay for AI tools or APIs separately?
Yes. You pay your own AI API costs (OpenAI, Claude, etc.) and any hosting or n8n subscription. My price covers design, build, testing and handover. I'll help you set up the accounts and estimate your monthly running costs before we start.
What do you need from me to get started?
A short description of the task you want automated, any documents or website links the bot should learn from, and access to the tools it needs to connect to (CRM, Google Sheets, WhatsApp, email). I'll send you a simple checklist after you order.
Can it connect to my existing CRM or software?
Almost certainly. If your tool has an API or a webhook, I can connect it. That includes HubSpot, Zoho, Pipedrive, GoHighLevel, Google Sheets, Airtable, Notion and custom databases. Message me the tool name if you're unsure.
Can you build a chatbot for my WhatsApp Business number?
Yes. I build WhatsApp AI assistants using the official Meta Cloud API. They can reply to customers, qualify leads, answer from your documents and hand the chat over to a human when needed.
