Will the chatbot make things up about my business?
No. It answers only from a knowledge base built from your own documents using RAG retrieval. If a question falls outside that content it says so honestly and offers to pass the enquiry to you, rather than inventing a price or a promise you would have to honour.
What do you need from me to get started?
Your service list, your service area, the documents that describe your business, and your CRM details. If your content is not written down yet, tell me before ordering and I will say honestly whether that changes the scope or the price.
Which CRM can it send qualified leads to?
GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive or anything with a webhook or REST endpoint. Leads arrive tagged with the qualification answers attached, and a duplicate guard stops a retried conversation creating the same lead twice.
Is this a subscription? Who owns it after delivery?
You own it. It is a bespoke agent built on LangGraph and FastAPI, deployed for you, with the full source code handed over. There is no per message fee to me. Your only ongoing costs are your own LLM API usage and hosting.
How is this different from ManyChat, Tidio or a template builder?
Those are rule builders with a chat box on top. This is a custom agent that reads your actual documents, applies your qualification rules in code rather than by guesswork, scores each lead, and keeps its memory through a server restart. And you keep the code.
