Do I need an active PriceLabs account?
Yes, your own account or free trial. If you don't have one yet, I'll walk you through creating it on the onboarding message; the subscription itself is billed by PriceLabs.
Will you need my password?
No. Invite me as a user inside PriceLabs (Settings → Users) and, if needed, as a co-host or team member on your PMS. Never send credentials through messages.
Can you connect PriceLabs to my PMS?
Yes, for any PMS with a supported integration: Hostaway, Hospitable, Guesty, OwnerRez, Lodgify and others. Tell me which one before ordering.
Can you guarantee higher revenue or occupancy?
No, and be cautious of anyone who does. I build the strategy from market and property data; results depend on demand, listing quality, reviews and competition. What you get is a documented, comp-based setup instead of defaults.
Do you provide ongoing pricing management?
This gig covers setup plus the follow-up window in your package. Monthly management is available as a custom offer afterward, or bundled with my co-host gig.
