To start the structural design and analysis, I will need your finalized architectural plans (preferably in AutoCAD .dwg or Revit .rvt, but clear PDFs work too). If you have a geotechnical (soil) report or specific local building codes you need me to follow, please provide those as well.
What exactly will I receive in the final delivery?
Depending on our agreed scope, you will receive high-quality 2D structural drawing files (in PDF and DWG formats), the 3D Revit source model, detailed RC schedules, and a comprehensive calculation report
Will your structural drawings and calculation reports be accepted for city permits?
Yes, I design according to international codes (ACI, Eurocode, BS) and provide professional calculation reports that are formatted for permit review. I provide the engineering and drafting work, also I provide local PE (Professional Engineer) stamps or seals.
