What files do I need to provide for clash detection?
You need to provide your Revit files (.rvt) for each discipline — Architecture, Structure, and MEP. If you already have NWC/NWD files exported from Revit or other software, those work too. We'll federate them in Navisworks and run the full clash detection process.
What does the clash report include?
Our report includes a full clash matrix, clash IDs, severity classification (Critical / Major / Minor), screenshots of each clash location, affected element details (element ID, category, level), and recommended resolution notes. It's formatted as a professional PDF ready for your coordination
Can you also fix the clashes and update the Revit models?
Yes — our Premium package includes clash-resolved Revit model updates. For the Basic and Standard packages, we provide the report and resolution notes for your team to action. If you need model updates added to any package, just message us and we'll customize accordingly.
What is included in the quantity takeoff service?
We extract MEP quantities directly from the BIM model — including ductwork lengths and areas, pipe lengths by diameter, cable tray lengths, fittings count, equipment schedules, and fixture counts. Deliverable is an organized Excel spreadsheet broken down by system and level, for cost estimation
