FAQ
Do I need WhatsApp Business API access already?
Not necessarily, I'll walk you through getting set up (Twilio sandbox or WhatsApp Business API) if you don't have it yet. Full API approval can take Meta a few days, so factor that into your timeline.
Can this send messages automatically without me approving each one?
Yes for routine notifications (order confirmed, appointment reminder). For anything customer-facing and open-ended, I recommend an approval step until you trust the accuracy.
What if my message volume changes later?
The workflow scales with n8n/Twilio's own limits, we can discuss adjustments as a separate small update if your volume grows a lot.
Do you handle the WhatsApp Business verification process?
I'll guide you through it, but Meta/WhatsApp verification happens under your own business account, I can't do it on your behalf.
What if I also want this on Telegram or SMS?
Doable... message me before ordering and I'll scope it as part of the project or a fast follow-up.
Can I upgrade to a higher package after ordering Basic?
Yes, message me if you need more automations or team routing added after ordering, and we can scope a package upgrade.
Do you offer ongoing maintenance after delivery?
Not included by default, but I'm open to a maintenance or retainer arrangement if you'd rather not manage updates yourself, just ask.
