Malaika Subhan
About this gig
Hi, I'm Malaika. I design premium digital planners, journals and templates for Etsy sellers who want a shop that competes with the top listings, not the ones on page 12.
I don't hand you a raw PDF and call it a day. Every product comes with a full package: hyperlinked PDF, matching editable template, high-resolution listing mockups and a buyer setup guide.
WHAT I DESIGN:
- Editable Canva templates
- Figma templates
- Notion planners and Life OS systems
- Digital planners for GoodNotes, Notability and Xodo
- Printable planners and journals
- Dated planners for 2026, 2027 and 2028
- Undated planners that never expire
WHAT YOU GET
- Fully designed planner or journal
- Editable template with your fonts and colours
- Custom cover designs and matching icons
- Etsy listing mockup images at 2048x2048
- Buyer setup guide PDF
- One consistent brand across every page
WHO THIS IS FOR
- New Etsy sellers launching their first product
- Existing shops adding a premium planner
- Coaches, teachers and students building their own brand

FAQ
Do you offer refunds?
Because every planner is custom designed for your brand, refunds cannot be offered once work has started. Every package includes revisions so we can make sure you are fully happy with the final result before delivery.
What software do I need to use the planner?
The PDF opens in any annotation app like GoodNotes, Notability or Xodo. The Canva template opens in a free Canva account with no paid plan needed. Everything is designed to work on both desktop and tablet.
Can I resell the planner in my Etsy shop?
Yes, but only with the Premium package which includes a commercial reseller rights license. Basic and Standard packages are for personal use or a single listing on your own shop only.
Can you also write my Etsy listing description and tags?
Yes, this is available as an add on. I will write your listing title, description and 13 SEO tags optimised for your niche so your product ranks and converts. Message me for details.
How is this different from a cheap template I can buy?
Cheap templates are one size fits all and look identical to every other shop. I design your planner around your niche, palette and brand, plus you get editable files to update it whenever you want. It becomes genuinely yours.
Do you provide the source files?
Yes on Standard and Premium packages. You receive the editable Canva template link so you can update fonts, colours and layouts anytime. Basic package delivers the finished PDF only.
