What file formats should I send you?
Uncompressed WAV or AIFF files are preferred for the best audio quality, but high-quality MP3s work as well. If you record separate tracks for each speaker (multi-track), please send each voice file individually starting from the exact same timestamp so they stay in sync.
Can you remove heavy background noise or room echo?
Yes! I use advanced spectral noise reduction and dereverberation tools (iZotope RX and Adobe Audition) to significantly attenuate background hiss, computer fans, air conditioning rumble, and room echo. If your recording environment was unusually noisy.
How do you handle filler words like "ums," "ahs," and long pauses?
I carefully trim out awkward silences, false starts, heavy breaths, and noticeable filler words while maintaining a natural, conversational flow. The goal is to make you and your guests sound confident and articulate without making the audio sound choppy or artificial.
