Yes, you'll need an active Practice Better account. I work directly inside your account to set everything up. If you're not sure which plan to choose, message me first and I'll help you figure out the right one for your practice size and goals.
What information do I need to provide to get started?
I'll send you a short checklist after you order. Typically I'll need your logo, brand colors, services or packages you offer, and any forms or documents you want included. Don't worry if you don't have everything ready, I'll guide you through it.
I'm not tech-savvy at all. Will I be able to use everything you set up?
Absolutely. That's actually why clients hire me. Once I'm done, I'll walk you through everything so you feel confident using your account independently. The Premium package includes a full walkthrough session so nothing feels confusing.
Do you offer ongoing support after the setup is complete?
The packages cover the initial setup and revisions. If you need ongoing monthly support like updating forms, adding new programs, or managing your account message me and we can discuss a retainer arrangement that works for your practice.
